School Plea For Tips-Murder of 16yr old Dinesh Murugiah

Dinesh was murdered September 11, 2007 in Toronto, ON Canada. Toronto Police Service Homicide Squad investigators have received a lot of cooperation from the public on this case, but need more information to solve the case and give the victim’s family closure. On September 19, 2007 the lead investigators in the case led by Detective Sergeant Gary Grinton addressed an assembly of 300 students at Dinesh’s school – Winston Churchill Collegiate – to make a plea for further information. This video features the Toronto Crime Stoppers school police officer Constable Scott Mills filmed outside of the school just before the assembly. A plea is made for more information to be called into detectives at 416-808-7400 directly, or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
